The early registration fee for IOBC members will be 230 € that includes the conference documents (book of abstracts within), lunches and coffee breaks (from Monday to Friday 17th), social dinner (Wednesday 15th), excursion to the Tremiti Islands (Wednesday 15th) and collective bus transfers. Each participant will receive a name badge upon check-in at the registration desk. The badge will be the official meeting document and should be worn at all time in order to gain entry into the  meeting rooms. Regularly registered participants will receive a certificate of attendance.

 

Thanks to the IOBC-WPRS founds early registration fee is reduced to 100 € for a limiited number of graduate and PhD students who will submit an abstract for a poster or an oral presentation that will receive the approval by the scientific committee. They are also asked to demonstrate their status as graduate or PhD student in a Plant Protection field with a letter from an academic authority.

 

Accompanying person registration fee includes collective bus transfers, social dinner and the excursion to the Tremiti Islands.

GRANTS

 

A special grant covering the travel and accommodation expenses as well as the registration fee, will be awarded by IOBC to a maximum of 3 graduate and PhD students. Students willing to apply for this grant  should submit their applications to the WG convenor (claudio.ioriatti@iasma.it), with a short CV and the abstract of their presentation. They are also asked to demonstrate their status as graduate or PhD student in a Plant Protection field with a letter from an academic authority.
