Hotels  (Marechiaro, Pineta,  Nettuno)  are  located  along Vico  del  Gargano promenade (San Menaio). Daily bus transfer will operate from the hotels (Marechiaro, Pineta, Nettuno) to the conference site (15 min).

Rates include: half-board treatment, welcome cocktail, gala dinner on Friday evening, sand- beach and animation services. Children till 3 years old do not pay, children between 4 and 14 pay 50% of the daily rate.

Reservation has to be performed by sending the attached Accommodation Form to the Hotel Marechiaro: info@marechiaro.net, and to the knowledge of the organising committee: iobcfruits@unimol.it.

A special grant covering the travel and accommodation expenses as well as the registration fee, will be awarded by IOBC to a maximum of 3 graduate and PhD students. Students willing to apply for this grant should submit their applications to the WG convenor (claudio.ioriatti@iasma.it), with a short CV and the abstract of their presentation. They are also asked to demonstrate their status as graduate or PhD student in a Plant Protection field with a letter from an academic authority.
